研究目的：

本研究旨在通过随机对照试验探讨，对创伤性胫腓骨骨折患者在术前进行佛手柑吸嗅，检验其对疼痛与焦虑情绪的影响效果，为创伤骨折患者术前疼痛与焦虑的护理提供客观依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of bergamot sniffing on pain and anxiety in patients with traumatic tibia and fibula fractures before surgery through a randomized controlled trial, and to provide objective evidence for the care of pain and anxiety in patients with traumatic fractures before surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 经 CT或X 线检查确诊为胫腓骨骨折患者（新鲜，闭合，不稳定，单一骨折；不伴有其他部位损伤者[29]； 2) 伤后24小时内入院； 3) 状态焦虑问卷（S-AI）＞40分； 4) 年龄18-65周岁； 5) 意识清楚，能够配合进行试验； 6) 知情同意并且自愿参加的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients with tibia and fibula fractures confirmed by CT or X-ray examination (fresh, closed, unstable, single fracture; Without injury of other parts [29]; 2) Hospital admission within 24 hours after injury; 3) State Anxiety Questionnaire (S-AI) > 40 scores; 4) Age 18-65; 5) Clear consciousness, able to cooperate with the test; 6) Patients with informed consent and voluntary participation.

排除标准：

1) 有慢性疼痛史者； 2) 有嗅觉障碍； 3) 有哮喘史。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Chronic pain history; 2) Have a smell disorder; 3) A history of asthma.
