研究目的：

研究手机水平仪能否在CT引导下的经皮肺穿刺检查中减少套管针进针次数，降低穿刺难度，减少穿刺并发症，减少穿刺时间等  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether mobile phone level can reduce the number of trocar insertion, reduce puncture difficulty, reduce puncture complications and reduce puncture time in CT-guided percutaneous lung puncture examination

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

肺部占位性病变需行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺术者;（2）需行穿刺的肺部占位距胸壁>=1.0cm

Inclusion criteria

1 Patients with space-occupying lung lesions requiring CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary puncture; 2 The lung space to be punctured is >=1.0cm away from the chest wall

排除标准：

（1）年龄<18岁或>85岁;（2）有严重呼吸衰竭、失代偿性心力衰竭、严重的凝血功能障碍、严重高血压(收缩压(BP) > 180 mmHg或舒张压> 100 mmHg)等合并症的;（3）需行穿刺的肺部占位性病变距胸壁<1cm;（4）拒绝同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 <18 years old or >85 years old; 2 Severe respiratory failure, decompensated heart failure, severe coagulation dysfunction, severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure (BP) > 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg) and other comorbiditions; 3 The space occupying lesion of the lung to be punctured is less than 1 cm away from the chest wall; 4 Refusal of consent.
