研究目的：

目标一：通过对比和分析IVF-ET组和对照组妊娠期糖尿病发病率，以验证IVF-ET治疗和妊娠期糖尿病的相关性。 目标二：在IVF-ET女性中验证GWG与妊娠期糖尿病的相关性。分别按照ACOG和中国营养学会制定的GWG分类标准对IVF-ET病例进行分类，对比过少GWG、适宜GWG和过多 GWG的IVF-ET女性妊娠期高血压发病率。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective 1: To verify the correlation between IVF-ET treatment and gestational diabetes by comparing and analyzing the incidence of gestational diabetes between the IVF-ET group and the control group. Aim 2: To verify the association between GWG and gestational diabetes in women undergoing IVF-ET. IVF-ET cases were classified according to the GWG classification standards developed by ACOG and the Chinese Nutrition Society, and the incidence of hypertension during pregnancy in IVF-ET women with too little GWG, suitable GWG and too much GWG was compared.

纳入标准：

IVF-ET组纳入标准为在西北妇女儿童医院生殖中心接受IVF-ET治疗女性并获得妊娠女性；对照组纳入标准为在西北妇女儿童医院产科接受产检的自然受孕女性。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria for the IVF-ET group were women who underwent IVF-ET treatment at the Reproductive Center of Northwest Women and Children's Hospital and achieved pregnancy. The inclusion criteria for the control group were women who underwent routine prenatal examinations at the Obstetrics Department of Northwest Women and Children's Hospital and conceived naturally.

排除标准：

孕前合并慢性糖尿病史、孕周＜28 周分娩和多胎妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

History of chronic diabetes mellitus before pregnancy, delivery at < 28 weeks' gestation, and multiple pregnancies.
