研究目的：

探索小耳畸形患者耳再造术后的疼痛、焦虑和疲乏三个症状各自的变化轨迹，及对生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explores the changes in pain, anxiety, and fatigue symptoms of patients with microtia after ear reconstruction surgery, as well as their impact on quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）诊断为先天性小耳畸形的患者； （2）进行全耳再造术的患者； （3）精神、记忆力正常； （4）愿意参加问卷调查且签署同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients diagnosed with congenital microtia; (2) Patients undergoing total ear reconstruction; (3) Normal mental and memory; (4) Willing to participate in the questionnaire and sign the consent form.

排除标准：

（1）有精神障碍或意识不清者； （2）聋哑人或交流困难者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Mentally challenged or unconscious; (2) Deaf and mute or with communication difficulties.
