研究目的：

本研究的目的是通过基于农村女性流动人口用户画像的产后育儿创新精准干预,显著改善我国低学历、低收入农村女性流动人口的产后育儿行为,为大规模推广和常态化应用提供高级别科学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Objectives of study are to significantly improve the postpartum parenting behavior of low-education and low-income rural female floating population in China through innovative and accurate postpartum parenting intervention based on user profile and to offer high-level scientific evidence for large-scale promotion and regular application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄20-40岁; 2.在研究地居住半年以上且未来一年不会离开现居住地; 3.农村户籍; 4.高中及以下学历; 5.低收入人群(参照研究地收入水平); 6.分娩出正常足月儿; 7.已婚且与丈夫同住; 8.有读说写能力; 9.拥有且会使用智能手机; 10.有良好的上网习惯; 11.有从网上获取科学育儿知识的意愿; 12.自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 20-40 years old; 2. Residence in the research site for more than half a year and will not leave the current place of residence in the next year; 3. Rural household registration; 4. High school degree or below; 5. Low-income people (with reference to the income level of the study site); 6. Delivery of a normal full-term baby; 7. Married and living with her husband; 8. Ability to read, speak and write; 9. Owns and can use a smartphone; 10. Have good online habits; 11. Have the willingness to obtain scientific parenting knowledge from the Internet; 12. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患有严重躯体或精神疾病者; 2.不能配合或拒绝参加本研究; 3.近5年内参与过其他相关育儿类干预研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who suffer from serious physical or mental illness; 2. Inability to cooperate or refuse to participate in this study; 3. Participated in other related parenting intervention studies in the past 5 years.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

运用 Research Randomizer工具按照1:1:1将产妇随机分为对照组、基于ISP育儿平台的常规统一干预组 (常规干预组)、基于用户画像的ISP创新精准干预组(创新干预组)。 有专人(该人员不参与本研究)确认分组序列,严格保存分配表,随机号以密闭不透光牛皮纸信封隐藏。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Using Research Randomizer, the participants were randomly divided into control group, routine unified intervention group based on ISP parenting platform, and ISP innovative accurate intervention group based on user portrait, according to 1:1:1. A research assistant (who do not participate in this study) will generates the group sequence and strictly keep it. The random number sequence will be hidden in a closed and opaque brown paper envelope.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

所有临床资料会录入CRF表格中，有两名研究者统一录入管理，保存在有锁的档案柜。EDC保存在有密码的电脑中，仅研究人员可以查看。

All clinical data will be recorded in CRF form, which will be managed by two researchers and stored in a locked file cabinet. The EDC will be stored on a computer with a password that only are available to researchers.
