研究目的：

探讨乳杆菌活菌阴道给药对于改善阴道微生物组构成和乳酸、短链脂肪酸（SFCAs）等代谢状态的影响，探讨对妊娠结局有影响  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effects of vaginal administration of live Lactobacillus on improving vaginal microbiome composition and metabolic states such as lactate and short-chain fatty acids (SFCAs), and investigating their impact on pregnancy outcomes

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、本研究纳入 25-40 岁，在排卵或孕酮转化后 4-7 天行宫腔镜检查的受试者。 2、既往胚胎移植>=3 次，共移植 3 个以上优质仍未获得妊娠的受试者纳入 RIF 研究组。对照组为已生育目前因子宫内膜息肉行常规宫腔镜检查的受试者。 3、实验受试者夫妻双方染色体正常。 4、同意签署知情同意书。 RIF 研究组纳入标准： 1、本研究纳入 25-40 岁，既往胚胎移植>=3 次，共移植 3 个以上优质仍未获得妊娠的受试者纳入 RIF 队列。 2、夫妻双方染色体正常。 3、同意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. This study includes subjects aged 25-40 years who underwent hysteroscopy 4-7 days after ovulation or progesterone conversion. 2. Previous embryo transfer >=3 times, and a total of more than 3 high-quality subjects who have not yet obtained pregnancy are included in the RIF study group. The control group consisted of participants who had given birth and were currently undergoing routine hysteroscopy for endometrial polyps. 3. The chromosomes of both husband and wife of the experimental subjects are normal. 4. Agree to sign the informed consent form. RIF Study Group Inclusion Criteria: 1. This study included subjects aged 25-40 years old, with >=3 previous embryo transfers, and a total of more than 3 high-quality transfers that had not yet obtained pregnancy, to be included in the RIF cohort. 2. Both husband and wife have normal chromosomes. 3. Agree to sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

宫腔镜 RIF 组排除标准： 1、卵巢储备功能低下，FSH>12mIU/ml 或 AMH<=1.1ng/ml； 2、子宫畸形、宫腔粘连、子宫粘膜下肌瘤、较大的肌壁间肌瘤等器质性病变； 3、超声提示较多输卵管积水未处理者； 4、近 1 周行阴道盥洗、阴道上药或者口服抗生素治疗的受试者。 RIF 研究组排除标准： 1、卵巢储备功能低下，FSH>12mIU/ml 或 AMH<=1.1ng/ml； 2、子宫畸形、宫腔粘连、子宫粘膜下肌瘤、较大的肌壁间肌瘤等器质性病变； 3、超声提示较多输卵管积水未处理者； 4、近 1 周行阴道盥洗、阴道上药或者口服抗生素治疗的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

Hysteroscopic RIF Group Exclusion Criteria: 1. Low ovarian reserve, FSH>12mIU/ml or AMH<=1.1ng/ml; 2. Organic lesions such as uterine malformations, intrauterine adhesions, uterine submucosal fibroids, and large intramural fibroids; 3. Ultrasound shows that there is more hydrosalpinx untreated; 4. Subjects who have undergone vaginal washing, vaginal medication or oral antibiotic therapy in the past 1 week. RIF Study Group Exclusion Criteria: 1. Low ovarian reserve, FSH>12mIU/ml or AMH<=1.1ng/ml; 2. Organic lesions such as uterine malformations, intrauterine adhesions, uterine submucosal fibroids, and large intramural fibroids; 3.
