分析MAFLD发生的独立危险因素，构建MAFLD发生及严重程度预测模型并验证其有效性  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the independent risk factors for the occurrence of MAFLD, construct a prediction model for the occurrence and severity of MAFLD, and verify its effectiveness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

①年龄>=18岁； ②自愿参加本研究； ③完善问卷、一般检查、血液学检查、人体成分检查、腹部超声/肝脏弹性测定检查者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age>=18 years; (2) voluntarily participate in this study; (3) Those who have completed questionnaires, general examinations, hematological examinations, body composition examinations, abdominal ultrasounds/liver elasticity measurements.

排除标准：

①年龄＜18岁; ②数据不全者; ③存在严重的全身性疾病; ④存在自身免疫性肝炎、药物性肝炎、急性感染者; ⑤妊娠哺乳期妇女; ⑥参加其他干预性临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Age< 18 years old; (2) incomplete data; (3) the presence of severe systemic diseases; (4) Patients with autoimmune hepatitis, drug-induced hepatitis, and acute infection; (5) pregnant and lactating women; (6) Participate in other interventional clinical trials.
