研究目的：

本研究旨在对应用A型肉毒毒素皮内注射治疗痤疮后红斑的疗效及安全性进行探讨，为痤疮后红斑患者探索安全有效，便捷，适于临床推广的治疗方法。此外，对影响A型肉毒毒素治疗痤疮后红斑患者预后的因素进行探讨，为痤疮后红斑的治疗及预后提供新的思路和临床研究结果。由于痤疮发病率高，该项目受众群体大，对缓解患者的心理压力，维护患者的身心健康具有深远的社会意义和广阔的应用前景。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of intradermal injection of botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of post-acne erythema, and to explore a safe, effective, convenient and clinically applicable treatment for patients with post-acne erythema. In addition, the factors affecting the prognosis of patients with post-acne erythema treated with botulinum toxin type A were discussed, so as to provide new ideas and clinical research results for the treatment and prognosis of post-acne erythema. Due to the high incidence of acne and the large audience of the project, it has far-reaching social significance and broad application prospects for relieving the psychological pressure of patients and maintaining the physical and mental health of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.双侧面部均患有痤疮后红斑；
2.痤疮病情稳定在1年以上；
3.年龄 18～40 岁；

Inclusion criteria

1.Both sides of the face suffer from post-acne erythema.
2.Acne condition is stable for more than 1 year.
3.Age: 18 - 40 years;

排除标准：

1.瘢痕体质；
2.妊娠期和哺乳期妇女；
3.近期接受过日光曝晒或即将接受日光曝晒者；
4.正在服用光敏性药物或有光敏史者；
5.有严重系统性疾病者；
6.患凝血障碍性疾病者或正在服用抗凝剂者；
7.皮肤肿瘤患者；
8.免疫缺陷性疾病患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Scar constitution;
2.Pregnant and lactating women;
3.Those who have recently received sun exposure or are about to receive sun exposure;
4.Those who are taking photosensitizing drugs or have a history of photosensitivity;
5.Patients with severe systemic diseases;
6.Patients with coagulopathy or taking anticoagulants;
7.Patients with Skin tumors;
8.Patients with immunodeficiency diseases;

由3名参与临床试验的专业皮肤科医生使用5分评分法述皮损改善程度，0～10％评1分，11％～25％评分，26％～50％评3分，51％～75％评4分，≥75％评5分。通过对比患者采集的标准化照片，计数痤疮后红斑皮损数量以及皮损颜色变化，对改善程度进行评估。

The degree of improvement of skin lesions was described by 3 professional dermatologists who participated in the clinical trial using a 5-point scoring method, with 1 point for 0~10%, 11%~25% score, 3 points for 26%~50%, 4 points for 51%~75%, and 5 points for ≥75%. The degree of improvement was assessed by comparing standardized photographs taken by the patient and counting the number of erythematous lesions after acne and the change in lesion color.
