研究目的：

（1）观察黎药沉香熏香吸入疗法对高血压伴发焦虑的临床疗效：通过临床观察，评估黎药沉香熏香吸入疗法在改善高血压伴发焦虑患者临床症状方面的实际作用。 （2）探讨高血压伴发焦虑患者肠道菌群特点及黎药沉香熏香吸入疗法对肠道菌群及其代谢产物、神经传导通路的影响：通过检测高血压伴发焦虑患者的肠道菌群特征，分析对比其与非高血压伴发焦虑患者之间的菌群差异性；研究黎药沉香熏香吸入疗法对肠道菌群及其代谢产物、神经传导通路的调节作用和机制。 （3）从“微生物-肠-脑轴”角度出发，应用近红外脑功能成像技术，分别比较高血压伴发焦虑患者沉香熏香吸入治疗前后大脑半球内、半球间皮尔森相关系数的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) to observe the clinical effect of aloes inhalation therapy on hypertension with anxiety: through clinical observation, objective: to evaluate the effect of aloes inhalation therapy in improving the clinical symptoms of hypertension patients with anxiety. (2) to explore the characteristics of intestinal microflora in patients with hypertension accompanied by anxiety and the effect of inhalation therapy of Chinese herbal medicine on intestinal microflora, its metabolites and nerve conduction pathway: by detecting the characteristics of intestinal microflora in patients with hypertension accompanied by anxiety; To analyze and compare the difference of intestinal flora between hypertensive patients with anxiety and non-hypertensive patients, and to study the regulative effect and mechanism of the inhalation therapy on intestinal flora, its metabolites and nerve conduction pathway. (3) from the point of view of“Microbe-gut-brain axis”, using near infrared brain functional imaging technology, to compare the changes of Plzeň's correlation coefficient before and after incense inhalation in hypertensive patients with anxiety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于 18 岁，小于 90 岁，性别不限；
2.符合高血压伴发焦虑诊断标准；
3.焦虑自评量表（SAS）（50 分～59 分）；
4.患者思维清晰，理解力正常，无精神疾病者；
5.患者对本次研究知情同意，自愿配合，依从性好，并签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age more than 18 years old, less than 90 years old, gender is not limited;
2. It is in accordance with the diagnostic standard of hypertension accompanied with anxiety;
3. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)(50-59 points) ;
4. Patients with clear thinking, normal understanding, no mental illness;
5. Patients informed consent to this study, voluntary cooperation, good compliance, and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.正在参与其它临床试验者；
2.研究对象患腹泻、溃疡性结肠炎、克罗恩病或其他感染性疾病；
3.采样前 3-6 个月，服用过抗生素、类固醇激素或益生菌等；
4.取样前一周饮食大幅变化；
5.合并严重器质性疾病如肿瘤、血液病、脏器衰竭等；
6.已接受精神专科治疗，且长期服用抗焦虑抑郁类药品者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Participants in other clinical trials;
2. Subjects had diarrhea, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease or other infectious diseases;
3. Taking antibiotics, steroid hormone or probiotics 3-6 months before sampling;
4.A significant change in diet in the week prior to sampling;
5. Complicated with serious organic diseases such as tumor, blood disease, organ failure, etc.
6. Have received psychiatric treatment, and long-term use of anti-anxiety depression drugs.
