研究目的：

识别冠心病患者衰弱的影响因素；构建并验证冠心病患者衰弱风险预测模型；通过风险预测模型对各个影响因素重要性进行排序；根据该模型进行个体化的风险预测。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify the influencing factors of frailty in patients with coronary heart disease; to construct and verify a frailty risk prediction model for patients with coronary heart disease. The importance of each influencing factor was ranked by the risk prediction model. Individualized risk prediction was made according to the model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 18~80 岁； 2.符合《慢性稳定性心绞痛诊断与治疗指南》的药物治疗和PCI治疗方式的患者； 3.心功能等级I-III级； 4.意识清楚，无沟通障碍； 5.愿意配合参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged from 18 to 80 years old; 2. Patients receiving medical therapy and PCI according to the guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic stable Angina pectoris; 3. Cardiac function grade I-III; 4. Clear consciousness, no communication disorder; 5. Willing to cooperate and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.入院时已发生衰弱的冠心病患者； 2.自身其他严重躯体、试听障碍、精神疾病、行动能力障碍或发生严重并发症； 3.病例资料不全； 4.正在参与其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Coronary heart disease patients with frailty at admission; 2. Other serious physical, hearing, mental, mobility, or serious complications; 3. incomplete clinical data; 4. Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
