研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨术前白蛋白（ALB）水平与儿童先天性心脏病（CHD）患者在体外循环手术（CPB）后不良结局（END）之间的关系。研究着重分析了术前白蛋白水平对术后不良结局的潜在保护作用，期望通过此研究为临床治疗提供有价值的预警指标。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between preoperative albumin ( ALB ) level and adverse outcomes ( END ) after cardiopulmonary bypass ( CPB ) in children with congenital heart disease ( CHD ). The study focused on the potential protective effect of preoperative albumin level on postoperative adverse outcomes, hoping to provide valuable early warning indicators for clinical treatment through this study.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≤18岁；接受体外循环手术；术前完成白蛋白（ALB）检测；完整的术后随访数据。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria : age <= 18 years ; receive extracorporeal circulation surgery ; albumin ( ALB ) was detected before operation. Complete postoperative follow-up data.

排除标准：

术前存在严重感染、肿瘤或其他合并症；围术期数据不完整；未进行体外循环手术或手术期间出现意外终止。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria : preoperative severe infection, tumor or other complications ; the perioperative data were incomplete ; no extracorporeal circulation operation was performed or accidental termination occurred during the operation.
