本研究旨在探讨针对中风后半丧失行为能力患者复发恐惧的干预方案并评估其效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to investigate an intervention program for fear of recurrence in post-stroke semi-incapacitated patients and to assess its effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合中华医学会第四次全国脑血管病学术会议修订的各类脑血管病诊断标准，经颅脑CT及核磁共振成像检查结果确诊；（2）意识清楚，需要康复治疗，能配合康复治疗；（3）生活自理能力评分为41～99分。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Those who met the diagnostic criteria for various types of cerebrovascular diseases revised by the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association, and whose diagnosis was confirmed by the results of craniocerebral computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging; (2) Those who had a clear consciousness and needed to be rehabilitated and could cooperate with the rehabilitation treatment; (3) Those who had a score of 41–99 points for self-care ability.

排除标准：

（1）有其他严重并发症者，如心力衰竭、恶性肿瘤、呼吸衰竭等；（2）痴呆、精神病、聋哑患者。所有入组患者均签署知情同意书，按入院顺序分为两组（单号、双号）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Those who had other serious complications, such as heart failure, malignant tumors, respiratory failure, etc.; (2) Those who were demented, mentally ill, and deaf and mute. All enrolled patients signed an informed consent form and were divided into two groups according to the order of admission (single and double numbers).
