研究目的：

（1）根据文献回顾、质性研究、专家会议结果编制调查问卷，以纵向调查形式获取腹腔镜胰体尾切除术患者围手术期的症状评分，提取症状群后构建网络模型并将其可视化。 （2）基于症状经历模型与GROW模型，结合文献回顾及网络分析结果构建腹腔镜胰体尾切除术患者围手术期APA方案初稿，再通过专家函询及预实验对其进行修订完善，最终确立方案终稿。 （3）验证该方案对腹腔镜胰体尾切除术患者围手术期生活质量及其他指标的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Based on the results of literature review, qualitative research, and expert meetings, a questionnaire is developed to obtain perioperative symptom scores for patients undergoing laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy in a longitudinal survey format. After extracting symptom clusters, a network model is constructed and visualized. (2) Based on the symptom experience model and the GROW model, combined with the results of literature review and network analysis, the initial draft of the perioperative APA plan for patients undergoing laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy is constructed. It is revised and improved through expert consultation and pre-experiment, and the final version of the plan is established. (3) Verify the application effect of this protocol on perioperative quality of life and other indicators in patients undergoing laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄>=18岁； （2）经组织病理学检查确诊为胰腺肿瘤，且需要接受腹腔镜胰体尾切除术； （3）意识清楚，具备正常的语言理解及沟通能力； （4）自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age >= 18 years; (2) Diagnosed with pancreatic tumor through histopathological examination and requires laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy; (3) Clear consciousness, with normal language comprehension and communication abilities; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）急诊手术者； （2）中转开放手术或手术不成功者； （3）医嘱要求制动或存在肢体活动障碍； （4）因严重水肿、呼吸困难、疼痛难忍等症状导致身体极度虚弱无法配合； （5）符合《国际疾病分类ICD-10》精神与行为障碍的诊断标准； （6）6个月内遭遇其他重大应激性或创伤性事件； （7）合并心、脑、肾等重要器官重大疾病； （8）正在参与其他研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Emergency surgery; (2) Transfer to open surgery or unsuccessful surgery; (3) Medical advice requires immobilization or there are mobility impairments; (4) The body is extremely weak and unable to cooperate due to severe edema, dyspnea, pain, and other symptoms; (5) Meets the diagnostic criteria for mental and behavioral disorders according to the International Classification of Diseases ICD-10; (6) Experiencing other significant stressors or traumatic events within 6 months; (7) Serious diseases of vital organs such as heart, brain, and kidney; (8) Participating in other research.
