To assess the efficacy and safety of silicone hourglass stent inserted in patients with subglottic stenosis.

纳入标准：

1.年龄 >=18岁； 2.声门下气管狭窄； 3.置入沙漏形硅酮支架。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years; 2.subglottic stenosis; 3.Placement of hourglass-shaped silicone stent.

排除标准：

1.年龄＜18岁； 2.非声门下气管狭窄； 3.置入金属支架或其它类型的硅酮支架（直筒、Y形）。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age <18 years; 2.non-subglottic tracheal stenosis; 3.Placement of metal brackets or other types of silicone brackets (straight, Y-shaped).
