研究目的：

合并真菌感染的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者在未获得干耳情况下能否行手术治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

Whether patients with chronic suppurative otitis media with fungal infection can be treated with surgery without dry ear.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：①符合慢性化脓性中耳炎诊断标准并行手术治疗的患者;②术耳既往无中耳手术史；③同意参加试验，并且签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ① Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of chronic suppurative otitis media and underwent surgical treatment; ② No history of middle ear surgery; ③ Agree to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent;

排除标准：

排除标准：①颞骨CT提示中耳乳突内合并肉芽、胆脂瘤等病变②术中探查发现听骨链病变者；③糖尿病或其他慢性疾病控制不佳；④术后失访或听力、耳镜等资料不全者；

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with granulation, cholestatoma and other lesions in the middle ear mastoid indicated by CT of temporal bone; (2) patients with ossicular chain lesions detected by intraoperative exploration; Poor control of diabetes or other chronic diseases; (4) Postoperative loss of follow-up or incomplete hearing and otoscopy data;
