研究目的：

针对扁桃体切除术后儿童心理特点，在围手术期给予患儿实施小丑照护，分散儿童注意力，以期降低患儿的疼痛，提高患儿食欲，减轻患儿和家属的焦虑情绪。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the psychological characteristics of children after tonsillectomy, clown care is provided during the perioperative period to distract their attention, reduce their pain, increase their appetite, and alleviate their anxiety and that of their families.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①拟行扁桃体切除手术的患儿； ②年龄2-12岁； ③有能力依从本方案、自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Children who are scheduled to undergo tonsillectomy surgery; (2) Age 2-12 years old; (3) Have the ability to comply with this protocol, voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①合并严重心、脑、肝、肾等系统疾病的患儿； ②术中情况复杂，发生大出血等； ③合并糖尿病的患儿； ④严重营养不良或长期无法进食的患儿； ⑤理解能力差、沟通严重障碍者； ⑥滥用药物或毒品者； ⑦患儿恐惧抵触的情况； ⑧患儿不同意参加本研究； ⑨其他研究者认为不适合参加本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Children with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and other systemic diseases; (2) The intraoperative situation is complicated, and massive bleeding occurs; (3) children with diabetes mellitus; (4) Children who are severely malnourished or unable to eat for a long time; (5) Those with poor comprehension skills and serious communication difficulties; (6) Abuse of drugs or drugs; (7) the child's fear and resistance; (8) The child does not agree to participate in this study; (9) Other situations that the investigator considers unsuitable to participate in this study.
