研究目的：

验证智慧医养平台对老年人健康的潜在提升效果。通过在干预前、干预后不同时间点收集健康指标数据，比较已使用智慧医养平台的社区居家老年人与未使用该服务的老年人在健康指标上的差异，为智慧医养平台模式的推广提供科学证据，进一步促进智慧医养平台在社区老年人群中的应用和普及。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the potential health enhancement effects of the Smart Medical and Elderly Care Platform for older adults. By collecting health indicator data at different time points before and after intervention, compare the differences in health indicators between community-dwelling elderly who have used the Smart Medical and Elderly Care Platform and those who have not. This study aims to provide scientific evidence for the promotion of the Smart Medical and Elderly Care Platform model, further facilitating its application and dissemination among elderly populations in the community.

纳入标准：

1.受试者年龄＞＝60岁 2.言语表达能力正常 3.无自我报告视觉、听觉障碍； 4.有长期固定的照护人陪伴且与受试者同住 5.受试者与家属均知情同意且自愿参与本研究

Inclusion criteria

1.Subjects aged 60 years or older. 2.Normal verbal communication ability. 3.No self-reported visual or hearing impairments. 4.Have a long-term, consistent caregiver who lives with the subject. 5.Subjects and their family members are informed, consent voluntarily to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.在机构居住的老年人 2.患有严重躯体疾病或精神疾病者 3.在一年内参加其他类似研究的老年人

Exclusion criteria：

1. Elderly residents in institutions. 2. Individuals with severe physical or mental illnesses. 3.Elderly individuals who have participated in similar studies within the past year.

通过计算机随机，由一名未参与过本研究的研究助手使用在线随机程序生成随机序列，将符合纳入排除标准的患者分为干预组和对照组

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Patients meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria will be divided into an intervention group and a control group using a computer-generated random sequence. The random sequence will be generated by an online randomization program operated by a research assistant who has not been involved in this study.
