研究目的：

前瞻性搜集不同海拔地区AAA 患者的临床病历资料及影像资料，同时搜集AAA 患者的外周血及腹主动脉壁组织，构建以“不同海拔地区”为特色的，由临床数据库、影像库及生物样本库组成的多维AAA 多中心专病队列，进一步验证不同海拔地区AAA 发病及预后的危险因素  

Objectives of Study：

The clinical medical records and imaging data of AAA patients at different altitudes were prospectively collected, and peripheral blood and abdominal aortic wall tissues of AAA patients were collected, so as to construct a multi-dimensional, multicentre special disease cohort of AAA, which was characterized by "different altitudes" and composed of clinical database, image database and biobank. To further investigate the risk factors of AAA incidence and prognosis at different altitudes

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18 岁； 2. CTA 或超声明确腹主动脉瘤（定义为主动脉最大直径超过30mm）； 3.具有完整的血常规检验资料； 4. 知情同意入组者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=18 years; 2. CTA or ultrasound confirmed abdominal aortic aneurysm (defined as a maximum diameter of the aorta exceeding 30mm); 3. Have complete blood routine test data; 4. Informed consent enrollees.

排除标准：

1.假性腹主动脉瘤； 2.孤立性髂动脉瘤； 3. 孤立性腹主动脉夹层； 4.伴随或患有以下疾病者：原发/继发感染性腹主动脉瘤、腹主动脉支架感染、自身免疫性疾病、马凡综合征等； 5.无法完成CTA 检查； 6.无法完成随诊; 7.该地区居住时间小于20 年。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pseudoabdominal aortic aneurysm; 2. Isolated iliac artery aneurysm; 3. Isolated abdominal aortic dissection; 4. Those who are accompanied by or suffer from the following diseases: primary/secondary infectious abdominal aortic aneurysm, abdominal aortic stent infection, autoimmune diseases, Marfan syndrome, etc.; 5. Inability to complete CTA checks; 6. Inability to complete follow-up; 7. Have lived in the area for less than 20 years.
