研究目的：

1.描述农村家庭老老照护者数字健康技术焦虑、健康自助行为、健康老龄化三变量现状，旨在为后续研究提供基础数据，帮助深入理解这些变量之间的关系，并为优化数字健康技术推广与老年照护服务提供实证依据。 2.通过潜在剖面分析方法识别不同类型的技术焦虑亚型，旨在旨在揭示技术焦虑的多样性特征，为制定个性化的技术支持和心理干预措施提供理论依据。 3.探讨不同技术焦虑亚型与健康自助行为及健康老龄化之间的关系，旨在揭示技术焦虑在农村老老照护者健康自助行为和健康老龄化过程中可能产生的作用机制，为干预策略和政策制定提供依据，促进农村老老照护者群体的健康福祉。  

Objectives of Study：

1. This study aims to describe the current status of technophobia, health self-help behaviors, and healthy aging among rural family caregivers of the elderly, providing a basis for subsequent research, helping to deeply understand the relationships among these variables, and offering empirical evidence for optimizing the promotion of digital health technologies and elderly care services. 2. By using latent profile analysis, this study aims to identify different subtypes of technophobia, revealing the diverse characteristics of technophobia and providing a theoretical basis for formulating personalized technical support and psychological intervention measures. 3. This study explores the relationships between different subtypes of technophobia and health self-help behaviors as well as healthy aging, aiming to reveal the possible mechanisms of technophobia in the process of health self-help behaviors and healthy aging among rural family caregivers of the elderly, providing a basis for intervention strategies and policy-making, and promoting the health and well-being of this group.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）居住农村>=6个月； （2）年龄>=60岁； （3）承担家庭主要照护任务，照护老年父母持续>=3个月； （4）接触或使用数字健康技术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Residing in rural areas for >=6 months; 2. Aged>=60 years; 3. Undertaking the primary caregiving role in the family, providing continuous care for elderly parents for >=3 months; 4. Exposure to or utilization of digital health technologies.

排除标准：

（1）有严重疾病，生活无法自理者； （2）照护者与被照护者异地而居（非同一县域内）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with severe illnesses who are unable to care for themselves; 2. Caregivers and care recipients residing in different locations (not within the same county/district).
