研究目的：

阐明肘部阻滞是否能在桡骨远端骨折手法复位中提供镇痛的同时，更好的保留肘部的运动功能。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine whether elbow nerve block can provide effective analgesia while better preserving elbow motor function during closed reduction of distal radius fractures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1:年龄 18-75 周岁的患者 2:美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级Ⅱ级或以下 3:经 X 线或 CT 确认的桡骨远端骨折接受非手术治疗的患者

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients aged 18-75 years old 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification II or below 3.Patients with distal radius fractures confirmed by X-ray or CT who receive non-surgical treatment

排除标准：

1:需首先考虑手术治疗的患者 2:同侧上肢合并其他骨折 3:手法复位前使用麻醉性镇痛药患者 4:陈旧性桡骨远端骨折患者 5:利多卡因或罗哌卡因过敏患者 6:认知功能障碍或精神紊乱患者 7:上肢先天畸形或者既往上肢手术史患者 8:依从性差，无法完成随访患者 9:骨折前患者存在同侧上肢肌力或者肌张力异常 10:哺乳期和妊娠期的女性患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients requiring priority surgical intervention 2.Concomitant fractures in the ipsilateral upper limb 3.Patients receiving narcotic analgesics prior to closed reduction 4.Old distal radius fractures (malunion/nonunion) 5.Allergy to lidocaine or ropivacaine 6.Cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders 7.Congenital malformations or prior surgical history of the upper limb 8.Poor compliance or inability to complete follow-up 9.Pre-existing abnormal muscle strength or tone in the ipsilateral upper limb 10.Lactating or pregnant female patients

The randomization sequence was generated by an independent statistician (not involved in study implementation) using an online tool (e.g., Sealed Envelope). Randomization method: block randomization with block sizes of 4 or 6, ensuring balanced group sizes (1:1 ratio between Group A and Group C). A fixed random seed was set to guarantee reproducibility of the results.

Blinding：

Blinding of patients: Patients were not informed of their group allocation. Blinding of assessors: Data collectors and orthopedic surgeons were blinded to group allocation. Anesthesiologists: Due to the need to perform different nerve block procedures, anesthesiologists could not be blinded. However, they did not participate in subsequent data collection or analysis.
