研究目的：

1、研究艾司氯胺酮对非颅脑手术帕金森病患者术后抑郁状态的影响。 2、探讨艾司氯胺酮在缓解帕金森病患者术后抑郁情绪的可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the effect of esmolamine on depression in patients with Parkinson's disease after non-craniocerebral surgery. 2. To explore the possible mechanism of esmolamine in relieving postoperative depression in patients with Parkinson's disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄60-90岁； 2、性别不限； 3、美国麻醉医师协会（American Society of Anesthesiologists，ASA）分级：I 级～III级； 4、诊断患有帕金森疾病； 5、接受全身麻醉的非颅脑手术； 6、自愿参加试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 60-90; 2. Regardless of gender; 3. American Association of Anesthesiologists (American Society of Anesthesiologists,ASA) rating: grade I ~ III; 4. Diagnosis of Parkinson's disease; 5. Non-craniocerebral surgery under general anesthesia; 6. Volunteer to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1、有严重的抑郁症或其他精神疾病,无法准确评估抑郁状态（口服抗抑郁药物的）； 2、术前有严重的心脏、肝脏或肾脏疾病； 3、体重指数?（BMI）＞35 kg/m^2； 4、交流障碍或不能配合者； 5、未控制的高血压（基线值>180/100mmHg）； 6、存在艾司氯胺酮过敏或使用禁忌（青光眼或甲状腺功能亢进病史）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With severe depression or other mental illness, it is impossible to accurately assess the state of depression (oral antidepressants); 2. Severe heart, liver or kidney disease before operation; 3. Body mass index (BMI) > 35 kg/m^2; 4. Those who have communication difficulties or are unable to cooperate; 5. Uncontrolled hypertension (baseline value-gt;180/100mmHg); 6. Allergic or taboo use of esmolamine (history of glaucoma or hyperthyroidism).
