研究目的：

评价Hp感染及毒力分型的微量血可视化快速自测方法（新方法）的临床应用价值，为其临床应用提供循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical application value of a visual and rapid self-test method for detecting Helicobacter pylori infection and virulence typing using a drop of blood and provide evidence-based medicine evidence for its clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄：不限； 2、性别：男女不限； 3、有上腹部疼痛、不适、反酸、烧心、嗳气等症状； 4、有胃癌家族史或癌前病变； 5、患者自愿加入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: unlimited. 2. Gender: No gender limit. 3. Patients with symptoms such as upper abdominal pain, discomfort, acid reflux, heartburn, belching, etc. 4. Having a family history of gastric cancer or precancerous lesions. 5. The patient voluntarily joined this study.

排除标准：

1、近4周内服用抗生素、铋剂、H2受体阻滞剂或质子泵抑制剂； 2、既往有幽门螺杆菌感染根除史或胃手术史； 3、酗酒或药物滥用； 4、综合判断依从性差、不能准确提供病史，如不能配合完成相关检测项目者、明显精神性心理疾病者、智力障碍者或老年痴呆者等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Take antibiotics, bismuth agents, H2 receptor blockers, or proton pump inhibitors within the past 4 weeks. 2. Previous history of Helicobacter pylori infection eradication or gastric surgery. 3. Alcohol or drug abuse. 4. Comprehensive judgment shows poor compliance and inability to accurately provide medical history, such as inability to cooperate in completing relevant testing items, obvious mental and psychological disorders, intellectual disabilities, or elderly dementia.

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

C13吹气阳性/阴性作为Hp是否为现症感染者的“金标准”；Hp分型方法1（量子点免疫荧光法）和方法2（免疫印迹法）联合诊断结果作为Hp分型的“金标准”：Hp-Ⅰ型为两方法中至少一个毒力因子结果为阳性；Hp-Ⅱ型即两者结果均为阴性者。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

C13 blowing positive/negative serves as the "gold standard" for whether Hp is a current infected person; The combined diagnostic results of Hp typing method 1 (quantum dot immunofluorescence) and method 2 (immunoblotting) serve as the "gold standard" for Hp typing: Hp - Ⅰ type refers to the positive result of at least one virulence factor in both methods; Hp - type II refers to those whose results are both negative.

目标人群（可以是某种疾病患者或正常人群，详细描述其疾病特征，注意应纳入符合分布特点的全序列病例，具有良好的代表性）

于试验单位消化内科门诊及体检中心就诊且符合Hp检查指征的自愿参加该研究者。

Target condition (The target condition is a particular disease or disease stage that the index test will be intended to identify. Please specify the characteristics in detail; the population should has a complete spectrum and good representative):

Volunteers who seek medical treatment at the gastroenterology outpatient and physical examination center of the experimental unit and meet the indications for Helicobacter pylori examination are eligible to participate in this study.
