研究目的：

观察Sherlock 3CG导管尖端定位系统（3 Complete Integrated Technologies Tip Confrmation System，3CG TCS）在导管尖端位置定位中应用的准确性、安全性及易用性，分析患者基本情况及置管条件、置管人员经验等因素对导管尖端位置定位准确性的影响，同时探索不同资历的PICC（Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter，PICC）专科护士对设备使用过程中的满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the accuracy, safety and ease of application of Sherlock 3CG Tip Confrmation System (3 Complete Integrated Technologies Tip Confrmation System, 3CG TCS) in catheter tip location. The effects of basic patient conditions, catheterization conditions, and catheterization experience on the accuracy of Catheter tip location were analyzed, and the satisfaction with Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) nurses with different seniority during the use of the device was explored.

纳入标准：

1: 年龄在18~95岁 2: 符合置管适应症，需要置入PICC 3: 体表心电图有可识别P波 4: 自愿签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1: They are between 18 and 95 years old 2: It meets the catheterization indication and requires PICC insertion 3: The surface electrocardiogram has a recognizable P wave 4: Voluntarily sign informed consent

排除标准：

1: 符合置管禁忌症 2: 凝血机制障碍的患者 3: 有身体残疾、脊柱侧弯等影响身高获得 4: 房颤及心率失常的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1: Contraindications for catheterization 2: Patients with coagulation mechanism disorders 3: There are physical disabilities, scoliosis, etc. that affect height acquisition 4: Patients with atrial fibrillation and arrhythmia

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.数据收集方法 我们将使用标准化的病例报告表（CRF）来收集所有参与者的数据。CRF将包括人口统计学信息、基线特征、干预措施、随访结果以及任何不良事件。 2.数据录入和管理 所有数据将双人使用EDIDATA录入和管理，以确保数据的准确性和完整性。 3.数据质量控制 管理人员将定期进行纸质问卷中数据的核查，以识别和纠正错误。 4.数据安全和保密 所有数据将存储在安全的服务器上，并采用加密技术保护数据不被未经授权的访问。 只有经过授权的研究团队成员才能访问数据，并且所有数据的使用都将遵守相关法律法规和伦理标准。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Data Collection Methods We will use a standardized case report form (CRF) to collect data from all participants.The CRF will include demographic information, baseline characteristics, interventions, follow-up outcomes, and any adverse events. 2. Data entry and management All data will be entered and managed in pairs using EDIDATA to ensure data accuracy and completeness. 3. Data Quality Control Verification of data in paper questionnaires will be carried out periodically by the administrators to identify and correct errors. 4.Data Security and Confidentiality All data will be stored on a secure server with encryption technology to protect the data from unauthorized access. Only authorized members of the research team will have access to the data and all data will be used in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and ethical standards.
