研究目的：

本研究的目的是帮助了解临床实习护生同情疲劳的现状和影响因素，并探究临床实习护生在同情疲劳方面的心理感受、体验及需求，为构建科学的干预方案提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to help understand the current situation and influencing factors of compassion fatigue in clinical practice nursing students, and to explore the psychological feelings, experiences and needs of clinical practice nursing students in terms of compassion fatigue, so as to provide a basis for constructing a scientific intervention program.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.处于临床实习阶段的护理专业学生； 2.知情同意并自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. nursing students in the clinical practicum stage; 2. informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1.专升本的实习护理专业学生； 2.中职本实习护士； 3.患有严重躯体或心理疾病，不能完成调查者； 4.临床实习期间请假时长超过一个月者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. internship nursing students who are specializing in college; 2. practicing nurses in the secondary school; 3. those who suffer from serious physical or psychological illnesses and are unable to complete the survey; 4. those who have been on leave of absence for more than one month during the clinical practicum.
