探讨基于社会生态模型的运动康复方案、针对围绝经期及绝经后冠心病患者的干预效果  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of exercise rehabilitation program based on social ecological model and intervention for perimenopausal and postmenopausal patients with coronary heart disease

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.处于围绝经期或已绝经；2.符合冠心病基层心脏康复指南（2020年）危险分层中的冠心病患者运动风险分层低危标准；3.患者已知情并同意，签署知情同意书，且自愿参与者。

Inclusion criteria

1.in perimenopause or menopausal; 2.Meet the low risk criteria of exercise risk stratification for coronary heart disease patients in the risk stratification Guidelines for Primary Cardiac Rehabilitation of Coronary Heart Disease (2020); 3. The patient has informed and consented, signed the informed consent, and is a voluntary participant.

排除标准：

1.合并心源性休克、严重心律失常、心脏瓣膜病、心肌病、肺心病、肺栓塞、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、血液系统疾病、风湿免疫疾病（如甲状腺功能减退、系统性红斑狼疮等）及造血系统等严重原发疾病患者；2.植入心脏起搏器者、各种慢性疾病终末期、运动功能障碍者；3.认知功能障碍、精神病患者4.子宫全切及卵巢切除者；5.正在使用激素治疗的患者；6.基本资料或病历信息或理化检查资料不完整者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cardiogenic shock, severe arrhythmia, valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, pulmonary heart disease, pulmonary embolism, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, blood system disease, rheumatic immune disease (such as hypothyroidism, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.) and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; 2. Patients with cardiac pacemaker implantation, end-stage patients with various chronic diseases and motor dysfunction; 3. Patients with cognitive dysfunction and mental illness 4. total hysterectomy and ovariectomy; 5. Patients who are taking hormone therapy; 6. Basic data or medical history information or physical and chemical examination data is incomplete
