研究目的：

构建脑梗死后肺炎相关数据库，探索脑梗死后肺炎新的危险因素，优化现有脑梗死后肺炎预测模型，指导临床实践对脑梗死后肺炎早期干预，节约医疗成本，改善卒中患者远期预后。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a database related to pneumonia after cerebral infarction, explore new risk factors for pneumonia after cerebral infarction, optimize existing prediction models for pneumonia after cerebral infarction, guide clinical practice in early intervention for pneumonia after cerebral infarction, reduce medical costs, and improve the long-term prognosis of stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18至80岁之间； 2.症状发作在7天内； 3.住院患者，主要诊断为急性缺血性卒中。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged between 18 and 80; 2.Symptom onset within 7 days; 3.Inpatients with a primary diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke.

排除标准：

1.诊断为短暂性脑缺血发作； 2.无颅脑MRI检查结果； 3.重要数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Diagnosed with transient ischemic attack (TIA); 2.No cranial MRI results available; 3.Missing critical data.
