探索PC-01活菌对消化不良儿童的营养吸收、食欲的改善作用和对儿童生长发育的促进作用  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effects of PC-01 live bacteria on the improvement of nutrient absorption and appetite in children with dyspepsia and the promotion of children's growth and development

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 3-6岁儿童（包含两端）； ② 由单纯饮食不佳造成的体重在同龄平均正常体重值小于1个标准差以内； ③ 伴有食欲低下、食量减少、偏食等消化不良表现； ④ 自述肠胃不适。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Children aged 3-6 years old (both ends inclusive); (2) The weight caused by poor diet is less than 1 standard deviation of the average normal body weight of the same age; (3) Accompanied by dyspepsia such as low appetite, decreased appetite, and partial eating; (4) Self-reported gastrointestinal discomfort.

排除标准：

① 急、慢性腹泻者； ② 粪便常规检查虫卵阳性者； ③ 合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等全身性疾病者； ④ 短期内服用与受试功能有关的物品，影响到对结果判断者； ⑤ 未坚持服用受试样品者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with acute and chronic diarrhea; (2) Those who are positive for eggs in routine fecal examination; (3) Patients with systemic diseases such as cardiovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic systems; (4) Those who take substances related to the test function in a short period of time, which affects the judgment of the result; (5) Those who do not insist on taking the test sample.
