研究目的：

探究不同剂量苯磺酸瑞马唑仑气管插管全身麻醉联合髂筋膜神经阻滞对老年髋患者术中血流动力学、术后苏醒质量、术中镇静效果、术后谵妄的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of different doses of remifentanil anesthesia combined with iliac fascia nerve block on hemodynamics, postoperative awakening quality, intraoperative sedation effect and postoperative delirium in elderly hip patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级；
2.影像学诊断符合老年髋手术标准；
3.年龄60-90岁的老年髋患者；
4.采用全麻复合髂筋膜神经阻滞麻醉；
5.签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.ASA Ⅰ-Ⅲ;
2.The imaging diagnosis was consistent with the standard of hip operation in the elderly;
3.Elderly hip patients between the ages of 60 and 90;
4.General anesthesia combined with iliofascial nerve block was used;
5.Sign an Informed Consent;

排除标准：

1.病理性骨折、多发伤及患者身体差无法耐受手术；
2.长期使用镇痛药物、成瘾性药物；
3.伴有精神疾病、认知功能障碍性疾病、术后谵妄病史；
4.凝血功能障碍；
5.已知对苯磺酸瑞马唑仑过敏；
6.BMI＞＝30kg/m^2；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who cannot tolerate surgery with pathological fractures, multiple injuries, and poor health;
2.Long-term use of analgesics and addictive drugs;
3.A history of mental illness, cognitive dysfunction, postoperative delirium;
4.Coagulation disorders;
5.A known allergy to phenylalanine rimalazolam;
6.BMI＞＝30kg/m^2;
