研究目的：

（1）主要研究目的：评估以“六大行动”为基础的综合干预措施对小学生近视控制的效果。 （2）次要研究目的：评估以“六大行动”为基础的综合干预措施对小学生户外活动时间的影响。 （3）探索性研究目的：评估以“六大行动”为基础的综合干预措施对小学生超重肥胖的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Primary research objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive intervention based on the "Six Actions" in myopia control among primary school students. (2) Secondary research objective: To evaluate the impact of comprehensive intervention based on the "Six Actions" on the outdoor activity time of primary school students. (3) Exploratory research objective: To evaluate the impact of comprehensive intervention based on the "Six Actions" on overweight and obesity among primary school students.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 广州市的小学在校一年级至五年级学生 （2） 自愿参加本研究，经本人及监护人同意并由本人及监护人签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) Primary school students from Grade 1 to Grade 5 in Guangzhou. (2) Students and their parents who voluntarily agree to participate in the study and provide signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.学校的排除标准： （1）学校年级设置不完备，缺少一年级至五年级任一年级； （2）平均班级人数少于40人； （3） 学校不具有10个班级同时走出教室到户外活动的条件。 2.受试者排除标准： （1）周一至五有两天或两天以上不能按照项目方案参加研究； （2）因健康或身体原因不适宜参加户外活动；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclusion criteria for schools: (1) The school has an incomplete grade setup, lacking any grade from the first to the fifth grade. (2) The average number of students per class is less than 40. (3) The school does not have the conditions to allow 10 classes to go out of the classroom for outdoor activities simultaneously. 2. Exclusion criteria for subjects: (1) Sudents are unable to participate in the study according to the project plan for two or more days from Monday to Friday. (2) Sudents are unsuitable for outdoor activities due to health or physical reasons.
