研究目的：

1、描述肝硬化合并肺炎患者的基线资料，包括人口统计学资料、既往史、临床特征、并发症等。 2、分析肝硬化合并肺炎患者的预后情况，包括短期（住院期间）和长期（出院后1年，5年）预后。 3、探讨影响肝硬化合并肺炎患者预后的潜在因素，包括临床特征、治疗方案及合并症等。 4、基于真实世界数据，构建预后预测模型，为临床决策提供支持。  

Objectives of Study：

: 1. Characterize the baseline data of patients with cirrhosis and pneumonia, encompassing demographic information, medical history, clinical manifestations, and complications. 2. Analyze the prognosis of patients with cirrhosis complicated by pneumonia, covering both short-term outcomes (during hospitalization) and long-term outcomes (at 1 year and 5 years post-discharge). 3. Investigate potential factors influencing the prognosis of patients with cirrhosis and pneumonia, including clinical characteristics, therapeutic approaches, and comorbid conditions. 4. Develop prognostic prediction models using real-world data to inform clinical decision-making.

纳入标准：

1、年龄＞=18岁。 2、诊断＞=肝硬化且合并肺炎。 3、住院时间＞=24小时。 4、病历资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age > =18. 2. The patient was diagnosed with cirrhosis complicated with pneumonia. 3. Hospital stay >=24 hours. 4. Complete medical records.

排除标准：

1、合并其他严重疾病（如恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病等），可能影响预后判断。 2、住院时间＜24小时或中途转诊。 3、资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The combination of other serious diseases (such as malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, etc.) may affect the prognosis. 2.Duration of hospitalization < 24 hours or midway referral. 3.The data is incomplete.
