改良三尖瓣环收缩期位移（改良2D TEE TAPSE）在评估右心功能的准确性。  

Objectives of Study：

The accuracy of the modified 2D TEE TAPSE on right ventricle function assessment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期行全身麻醉手术； 2.ASA I-IV级； 3.术中需进行TEE检查； 4.三尖瓣瓣膜结构无异常。

Inclusion criteria

1.Elective surgeries under general anesthesia; 2.ASA I-IV; 3.Patients undergoing TEE examination; 4.Normal tricuspid valve.

排除标准：

1.术前行三尖瓣手术； 2.致心律失常性右心室心肌病； 3.TTE、TTE无法获得满意三尖瓣图像。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients have produced tricuspid valve surguries; 2.Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy; 3.Unsatisfied tricuspid valve image by TTE or TEE.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：所有TTE、TEE数据的采集都是在全麻诱导后，由有经验的，通过正规超声心动检查培训的研究者完成。 数据存储：数据存储于北京大学人民医院麻醉科超声工作站内，数据库具备严格的访问权限管理和数据安全措施，保护患者隐私和数据安全。 数据库建立：数据包括患者的性别、年龄、ASA分级、身高、体重、 TTE TAPSE、改良2D TEE TAPSE、手术类型、测量TAPSE时液体实入量、术前合并基础疾病。 数据录入：数据需手动输入到Excel表中，手动输入时需确保双人录入以减少数据录入错误。 数据导出：Excel中的数据将会导入到统计软件中进行分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data Collection: All TTE and TEE data were collected after general anesthesia induction，by experienced researchers who had received formal echocardiogram training . Data Storage: The data are stored in the ultrasound workstation of the Department of Anesthesiology, Peking University People's Hospital. The database has strict access rights management and data security measures to protect patient privacy and data security. Database Establishment: The data include patients' gender, age, ASA classification, height, weight, TTE TAPSE, modified 2D TEE TAPSE, type of surgery, volume of fluid infused when measuring TAPSE, and pre - existing underlying diseases. Data Entry: The data need to be manually entered into an Excel spreadsheet. When entering data manually, double - entry is required to reduce data entry errors. Data Export: The data in Excel will be imported into statistical software for analysis.
