研究目的：

（1）主要研究目的：评估居家宁养模式与住院安宁疗护模式在改善晚期癌症患者生活质量方面的效果差异，特别是在疼痛管理、心理支持和整体生活满意度等方面的影响。 （2）次要研究目的：探讨不同照护模式对患者及其家庭成员的心理健康、社会支持和经济负担的影响，分析家庭参与在居家宁养中的作用与效果。 （3）探索性研究目的：分析患者在不同照护模式下的决策过程及其对照护选择的影响，评估患者对照护模式的满意度及其对生活质量的主观感受。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Primary Research Objective: To evaluate the differences in the effects of home-based palliative care and inpatient hospice care on improving the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer, particularly in terms of pain management, psychological support, and overall life satisfaction. (2) Secondary Research Objective: To explore the impact of different care models on the psychological health, social support, and economic burden of patients and their family members, and to analyze the role and effectiveness of family involvement in home-based palliative care. (3) Exploratory Research Objective: To analyze the decision-making processes of patients under different care models and their impact on care choices, and to assess patients' satisfaction with care models and their subjective perceptions of quality of life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

合格入选本研究的患者必须符合以下所有标准： ①患者处于有意愿接受宁养院安宁疗护服务； ②年龄≥18岁，男女均可； ③患者经组织学、病理学确诊是晚期癌症且放弃积极抗肿瘤治疗； ④患者为预期生存时间＞12周的可以正常沟通者； ⑤入组前患者或家属知情并签署同意书，受试者自愿加入本研究，依从性好，配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

Patients eligible for inclusion in this study must meet all of the following criteria: 1. The patient is willing to receive palliative care services from a hospice; 2. The patient is aged >=18 years, regardless of gender; 3. The patient has been histologically or pathologically confirmed to have advanced cancer and has abandoned active anti-tumor treatment; 4. The patient has an expected survival time of >12 weeks and is capable of normal communication; 5. Before enrollment, the patient or their family member has been informed and has signed the consent form. The participant voluntarily joins this study, has good compliance, and is willing to cooperate with follow-up visits.

排除标准：

具有以下任何一项的患者不能入组本研究： ①患者或其照护者存在意识障碍、精神疾病； ②生命体征不稳定者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with any of the following conditions are not eligible for inclusion in this study: 1.The patient or their caregiver has impaired consciousness or a mental disorder; 2. The patient has unstable vital signs.
