研究目的：

本研究拟采用量性和质性相结合的混合方法，在收集女性腹膜透析患者（PD）性健康相关指标的基础上，结合质性研究，全面评估女性PD患者对自身性健康现状的真实体验，为干预方案的构建提供信息指引，最后基于EX-PLISSIT模型构建干预方案，明确护士在帮助女性PD患者实现性健康目标方面的角色、技能和干预重点，并确定该方案对改善女性PD患者性健康的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to use a mixed method of quantitative and qualitative methods to collect sexual health-related indicators of female peritoneal dialysis patients (PD). Based on qualitative research, a comprehensive evaluation of the real experience of female PD patients with their own sexual health status will be conducted to provide information guidance for the construction of intervention plans. Finally, based on the EX-PLISIST model, an intervention plan will be constructed to clarify the role, skills, and intervention focus of nurses in helping female PD patients achieve sexual health goals, and to determine the application effect of this plan on improving the sexual health of female PD patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、19岁<=年龄＜59岁； 2、至少已接受PD治疗6个月的女性； 3、有性生活； 4、愿意参与研究； 5、无明显沟通障碍。

Inclusion criteria

1.19 years old <=age<59 years old; 2. Women who have received PD treatment for at least 6 months; 3. Sexual activity; 4. Willing to participate in research; 5. No obvious communication barriers.

排除标准：

1、有精神病史； 2、有明显认知障碍； 3、疾病急性发作期； 4、合并重症疾病者，如心力衰竭、恶性肿瘤等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of mental illness; 2. Has obvious cognitive impairment; 3. Acute exacerbation of disease; 4. Patients with severe diseases such as heart failure and malignant tumors.

实施基于EX-PLISSIT模型的性健康辅导。 1.干预地点：肾内科独立谈话间或患者的个人透析治疗室或线上。 2.干预形式：一对一的性教育/咨询。 3.干预者：由肾内科护士、心理咨询师、健康指导师、肾内科医疗专家、妇科医疗专家、生殖科医疗专家、性治疗师组成多学科团队。 4.干预时长：每周两次， 每次60-90分钟，为期3个月。

Sexual health counseling based on EX-PLISSIT model was implemented.1. Intervention location: in an independent conversation room in the department of Nephrology or in the patient's personal dialysis treatment room or online. 2. Form of intervention: one-on-one sex education/counseling. 3. Intervention: a multidisciplinary team composed of nephrology nurses, psychological counselors, health coaches, nephrology medical experts, gynecological medical experts, reproductive medical experts, and sex therapists. 4. Duration of intervention: 60-90 minutes twice a week for 3 months.

非结构化护理（仅按腹透门诊时间表进行标准护理），包括腹膜透析及腹透管自我护理的信息，发放《腹膜透析居家管理手册》，每月给予常规电话随访，评价患者的腹膜功能、腹透充分性等。为了遵守伦理原则，在干预后12周进行随访后，将教育信息以电子文档的形式给对照组成员，并由研究对象提供性咨询。

Unstructured nursing (standard nursing only based on the schedule of the peritoneal dialysis clinic), including information on peritoneal dialysis and self-care of the peritoneal dialysis tube, distribution of the "Peritoneal Dialysis Home Management Manual", monthly routine telephone follow-up, evaluation of the patient's peritoneal function, adequacy of peritoneal dialysis, etc. In order to comply with ethical principles, educational information was provided to the control group members in electronic format after 12 weeks of follow-up, and sexual counseling was provided by the study subjects.
