研究目的：

遵循中华医学会重症医学分会机械通气临床应用指南（2006年）下对气囊压力进行动态监测，证明持续动态测量囊压能更好的减少返流误吸，降低VAP的发生率。通过动态持续的气囊压力监测，有利于保持气囊压力的稳定性，是值得临床ICU医护研究的课题内容。  

Objectives of Study：

According to the Clinical Application Guidelines of mechanical ventilation of the Chinese Society of Critical Care Medicine (2006), the dynamic monitoring of balloon pressure proved that continuous dynamic measurement of sac pressure could better reduce reflux aspiration and reduce the incidence of VAP. The dynamic and continuous monitoring of airbag pressure is conducive to maintaining the stability of airbag pressure, which is worthy of clinical ICU medical research.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

筛选气管插管同时肠内营养（气管插管时间48小时以上），住院日在1-14天的的患者100名，年龄在30-70岁之间

Inclusion criteria

A total of 100 patients with endotracheal intubation combined with enteral nutrition (endotracheal intubation duration more than 48 hours) were screened and hospitalized for 1-14 days, ranging in age from 30-70 years

排除标准：

排除入院前已有呼吸系统感染，免疫缺陷，入院前有气道手术史及胃食管反流史者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with respiratory infection, immune deficiency, history of airway surgery and gastroesophageal reflux prior to admission were excluded.
