研究目的：

观察间歇阻断肾动脉技术对外科缺血性肾损伤的保护作用，为间歇阻断肾动脉技术在肾部分切除术（partial nephrectomy, PN）中应用提供临床研究证据支持。以期实现最大限度地肾脏结构重建与功能保留，最终提高PN患者术后生活质量，节约医疗成本，减轻家庭及社会负担。  

Objectives of Study：

Our study aims to explore how intermittent renal artery occlusion (IRAO) technique protects against surgical ischemic renal injury and to provide clinical evidence for its use in partial nephrectomy (PN). Our ultimate goal is to maximize renal structure recovery and function preservation, improving PN patients' postoperative quality of life, cutting medical costs, and easing the burden on families and society.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、拟行肾部分切除术的单侧肾脏多发肿瘤患者；2、 患者年龄18-75岁之间，无精神性疾病，能配合医生治疗；3、理解并自愿签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with unilateral multifocal renal tumors who are candidates for partial nephrectomy; 2.Patients aged between 18 and 75 years, without mental illness, and able to cooperate with the doctor's treatment; 3.Patients who understand and voluntarily sign a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

1、不宜行肾部分切除术的患者；2、肾移植术后；3、合并严重内分泌，造血系统疾病； 4、Ⅱ级以上严重的心功能不全；5、患者预期寿命较短；6、因其他原因医师不建议行该治疗方案的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who are not suitable for partial nephrectomy; 2.Patients who have undergone renal transplantation; 3.Patients with severe endocrine or hematopoietic system disorders; 4.Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency of Grade II or above; 5.Patients with a short expected lifespan; 6.Patients for whom the physician does not recommend this treatment plan due to other reasons.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由该试验联系人将符合入组的患者按照入组时间先后顺序标记为1-32号，与随机数表产生的32个数字按顺序一一匹配，然后将随机数表产生的32个数字按大小顺序重新排列，前16个数字匹配的患者加入持续阻断肾动脉组，后16个数字匹配的患者加入间断阻断肾动脉组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The contact person for the trial labeled eligible patients in the order of their enrollment as numbers 1 to 32. These numbers were then sequentially matched with 32 random numbers generated from a random number table. Afterward, the 32 random numbers were rearranged in ascending order. Patients matched with the first 16 numbers were assigned to the continuous renal artery occlusion group, while those matched with the last 16 numbers were assigned to the intermittent renal artery occlusion group.
