研究目的：

失眠是一种常见的睡眠障碍，通常会伴有皮质可塑性的改变。因此，本研究将通过对比慢性失眠患者与健康人群的皮质兴奋性和抑制性指标的差异，并运用统计学方法分析其相关性来揭示慢性失眠患者皮质可塑性变化和慢性失眠相关症状与指标改变的关系。该研究不仅有助于理解皮质可塑性指标在失眠患者诊断的潜在应用价值，而且可以为临床实践提供一定的价值，为失眠患者的个性化治疗提供故证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Insomnia is a common sleep disorder that is usually accompanied by changes in cortical plasticity. Therefore, this study will compare the differences in cortical excitability and inhibitory indexes between chronic insomnia patients and healthy people, and use statistical methods to analyze their correlation to reveal the relationship between changes in cortical plasticity and chronic insomnia related symptoms and indexes in chronic insomnia patients. This study not only helps to understand the potential application value of cortical plasticity indicators in the diagnosis of insomnia patients, but also can provide certain value for clinical practice and provide evidence for personalized treatment of insomnia patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第5版（DSM-5）中CID障碍的诊断标准；（2）持续三月以上的失眠症状包括入睡困难、睡眠不深或早醒；（3）PSQI评分≥7分；（4）年龄介于18-50周岁，且教育程度≥9年（初中以上文化水平）；（5）在入组前2周内未服用安眠药物及其他精神类药物；（6）SDS/SAS评分≤72分；简易精神状态量表（MMSE）评分≥26分。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for CID disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th Edition (DSM-5); (2) Symptoms of insomnia lasting more than three months include difficulty falling asleep, not sleeping deeply or waking early; (3) PSQI score >= 7 points; (4) Aged 18-50 years old, and education level >= 9 years (junior high school education level or above); (5) did not take sleeping drugs or other psychotropic drugs within 2 weeks before enrollment; (6) SDS/SAS score <= 72 points; Simple Mental State Scale (MMSE) score >= 26 points.

排除标准：

(1) 有其他严重神经系统疾病的；(2) 既往患有有其他类型的睡眠障碍；(3) 目前使用已知会导致失眠的药物（如类固醇）；（4）酒精成瘾及药物滥用史；（5）MRI、TMS禁忌。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) There are other serious neurological diseases; (2) previous history of other types of sleep disorders; (3) Current use of drugs known to cause insomnia (such as steroids); (4) a history of alcohol addiction and drug abuse; (5) MRI and TMS contraindications.
