研究目的：

1、训练机器学习模型，高精度预测肝脏切除手术术后肝功能不全 2、确定导致肝脏切除术术后肝功能不全的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1, Training machine learning models to predict postoperative hepatic insuficiency after liver resection surgery with high accuracy. 2. ldentify risk factors leading to postoperative hepatic insufficiency after hepatectomy.

纳入标准：

（1）大于18岁；（2）美国麻醉师协会（ASA）I至III级；（3）已经进行择期肝切除手术

Inclusion criteria

(1) more than 18 years old; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I to III; (3) Elective hepatectomy has been performed

排除标准：

（1）危重疾病，包括严重肝功能障碍（如肝功能衰竭）；（2）取消手术；（3）数据缺失

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Critical illness, including severe liver dysfunction (e.g., liver failure); (2) cancellation of surgery; (3) missing data
