研究目的：

探讨瑞马唑仑用于颅脑损伤患者再次手术的麻醉效果和对神经功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the anesthetic effect of rimazolam for reoperation in patients with craniocerebral injury and its effect on neurological function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.需要在全身麻醉下进行择期手术，手术时间＞1 h，＜3 h；2.年龄在18～64周岁，性别不限；3.体重指数18.5～29.9kg/m2，4.美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级：Ⅲ～Ⅳ级；5.患者处于颅脑术后恢复期，病情稳定，心肺功能尚能耐受麻醉；6.患者术前近2周内无感冒史；7.患者家属自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Selective surgery is required under general anesthesia, operation time >1 h, <3 h; 2. Age is 18 to 64 years old, regardless of gender; 3. Body mass index 18.5~29.9kg/m2; 4. American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: III to IV; 5. The patient recovers after craniocerebral surgery Period, the condition is stable, and the cardiopulmonary function can still tolerate anesthesia;6. The patient has no history of cold for nearly 2 weeks before the operation; 7. The patient's family voluntarily signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.支气管痉挛等呼吸道并发症；2.血压波动超过基线的30%并需要使用血管活性药物维持；3.气管切开术后未行气管瘘道修补术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. respiratory complications such as bronchospasm; 2. blood pressure fluctuations exceed 30% of the baseline and need to be maintained with vascular active drugs; 3. No tracheal fistula repair after tracheotomy.
