纳入标准：

1.18<=年龄<=70 岁，70岁以上老人自愿参加; 2.市区生活>=1 年。

Inclusion criteria

1.18<=Age<=70 years old, seniors over 70 years old voluntarily participate; 2. Urban living >=1 year.

排除标准：

1.准备妊娠或孕期、哺乳期妇女及18岁以下青少年； 2.患有重大疾病或传染性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women who are preparing to become pregnant or pregnant, lactating and adolescents under the age of 18; 2. Suffering from a major illness or infectious disease.
