研究目的:

本研究欲在健康受试者上使用改良CTAR,以对比shaker训练、CTAR和改良CTAR舌骨上肌群激活和胸锁乳突肌代偿情况,为吞咽障碍患者的治疗提供更多的选择和依据。  

Objectives of Study:

The purpose of this study is to use modified CTAR on healthy subjects to compare shaker training, CTAR and modified CTAR suprhyoid muscle activation and sternocleidomastoid muscle compensation, so as to provide more options and evidence for the treatment of patients with swallowing disorders.

50-75岁健康人

Inclusion criteria

Healthy people aged 50-75

排除标准:

1.有颈椎病 2.有心脑血管疾病 3.或其他疾病

1.Cervical spondylosis 2.Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases 3.Other diseases

CTAR训练等长收缩:让受试者端坐在椅子上,将充气皮球放在下颏和胸骨柄之间。患者内收下颏,尽量挤压皮球;维持动作保持60秒。

CTAR training for equal length contraction: have the subject sit upright on a chair and place an inflatable ball between the chin and sternum handle. The patient adducts their chin and squeezes the ball as much as possible; Maintain the action for 60 seconds.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

一为病历记录表,内容将包括性别,年龄,体重,身高,六组训练舌骨上肌群和胸锁乳突肌的平均肌电振幅(AEMG)、中位频率(MF)和平均功率频率(MPF)。二、数据将在中国临床试验注册中心的ResMan网站平台共享,将使用ResMan这一电子数据采集管理系统。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

1. a medical record table, which will include gender, age, weight, height, average myoelectric amplitude (AEMG), median frequency (MF) and average power frequency (MPF) of six training groups of suprhyoid and sternocleidomastoid muscles. 2. Data will be shared on the ResMan website platform of the China Clinical Trial Registry, using ResMan, an Electronic Data Capture, EDC.
