研究目的：

1.能探索出化疗期间患者自我报告结局、认知储备、家庭环境对结直肠癌患者化疗相关认知障碍的影响。 2.能探索出结直肠癌患者化疗相关认知障碍的症状体验、最能接受以及期待的症状管理内容。 3.能构建一个科学合理且具备临床实用性的管理方案，以有效应对结直肠癌患者在化疗过程中可能出现的认知障碍问题。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the effects of patient-reported outcomes, cognitive reserve, and family environment on chemotherapy-related cognitive impairment in colorectal cancer patients. 2. To explore the symptom experience of chemotherapy-related cognitive impairment in colorectal cancer patients, and the most acceptable and expected symptom management content. 3. Construct a scientific, reasonable and clinically practical management plan to effectively deal with the cognitive impairment that may occur in colorectal cancer patients during chemotherapy.

纳入标准：

第一部分： ①正在接受化疗至少1-2次者；②年龄≥18 周岁；③能独立或在研究者帮助下完成填写所需研究问卷；④对诊断知情并同意接受研究者。 第二部分： （1）医护人员：①具有5年以上肿瘤专科工作经历；②职称中级及以上；③签署知情同意书，自愿参与本研究。 （2）患者：①依据结直肠癌诊断标准明确诊断为结直肠癌，且接受化疗1-2次的患者；②年龄≥18岁；③能理解本次访谈的内容；④知情同意参与本研究

Inclusion criteria

Part 1: (1) Those who are receiving chemotherapy at least 1-2 times; (2) Age>= 18 years old; (3) Able to complete the required research questionnaire independently or with the help of the investigator;(4) Those who are informed of the diagnosis and agree to accept the study. Part 2: (1) Medical staff: (1) More than 5 years of work experience in oncology; (2) Intermediate and above titles; (3) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study. (2) Patients: (1) Patients who have been clearly diagnosed with colorectal cancer according to the diagnostic criteria for colorectal cancer and have received chemotherapy for 1-2 times; (2) Age>= 18 years old; (3) be able to understand the content of the interview; (4) Informed consent to participate in this study

排除标准：

①有肿瘤复发、脑转移或多处转移者；②严重全身感染、或合并其它严重躯体疾病，如四肢功能障碍、腹水、贫血、肝、肾功能损伤、感染、心脏疾病者；③合并神经系统疾病、创伤性脑损伤者;④有家族遗传性精神类疾病病史者;⑤使用对认知功能有影响的药物者；⑥明确被诊断为认知障碍者⑦有严重的视觉、听觉或语言交流障碍者；⑧长期过量饮酒者或药物依赖史者。⑨正在接受激素治疗；⑩怀孕者；?接受保护性医疗或接受其他干预措施者；?正在接受临终关怀。 第二部分： （1）医护人员：轮转、进修的医护人员。 （2）患者：①语言沟通障碍者；②无法配合访谈者；③病情保护者；④严重精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with tumor recurrence, brain metastasis or multiple metastases; (2) Patients with severe systemic infection, or other serious physical diseases, such as limb dysfunction, ascites, anemia, liver and kidney damage, infection, and heart disease; (3) Patients with neurological diseases and traumatic brain injury; (4) Those with a family history of hereditary mental illness; (5) Those who use drugs that have an effect on cognitive function; (6) Those who have been clearly diagnosed with cognitive impairment ;(7) Those who have severe visual, auditory, or verbal communication impairments; (8) Long-term excessive alcohol consumption or drug dependence history; (9) are receiving hormone therapy; (10) Pregnant; (11) Those who receive protective medical care or other interventions; (12) Receiving hospice care. Part 2: 1. Medical staff: medical staff who rotate and study; 2. Patients: (1) Speech and communication disorders; (2) unable to cooperate with the interviewer; (3) Protectors of medical conditions; (4) Severe mental illness.
