Objectives of Study：

To develop a depression prediction model for elderly cancer long-term survivors based on positive aging experiences, and construct and validate an intervention program for depression in elderly cancer long-term survivors.

纳入标准：

年龄≥60 岁；癌诊诊断后 5 年以上。

Inclusion criteria

Aged >=60 years; more than 5 years after cancer diagnosis.

排除标准：

老年人快速评估量表中的快速认知筛查工具得分＜8分，中重度认知障碍；近半年内或目前正在进行其他心理治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

A score of <8 points in the Geriatric Rapid Assessment Measure or diagnosed with moderate to severe cognitive impairment; participants have undergone other psychological treatments in the past six months or are currently undergoing other psychological treatments.

干预研究的样本均来自同一家医院，为保证两组样本均衡，研究者采用区组随机法将研究对象分为干预组（A）和对照组（B）:将88名研究对象按纳入时间先后顺序分22组，每组4名（6种排列方式，即6个区组号），随机抽取22次区组号。

To ensure the balance of the two groups, the researchers used cluster randomization to divide the research subjects into the intervention group (A) and the control group (B): The 88 research subjects were divided into 22 groups according to the order of enrollment, with 4 in each group (6 different arrangement methods, i.e., 6 cluster numbers), and 22 cluster numbers were randomly drawn.
