研究目的：

本研究旨在通过人群随机对照试验、多组学数据分析和分子生物学功能验证，全面系统阐明基于肠道菌群的精准营养干预对肺结核患者营养不良改善及抗结核治疗效果；建立靶向菌群代谢的肺结核合并营养不良患者早期营养防治措施，为建立更加高效的肺结核合并营养不良患者治疗体系提供新策略和新依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively and systematically clarify the effect of precise nutrition intervention based on intestinal flora on malnutrition improvement and anti-tuberculosis treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients through randomized controlled trials, multi-group data analysis and molecular biological function verification. To establish early nutrition prevention and treatment measures for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with malnutrition aiming at microbial metabolism, and to provide new strategies and new basis for establishing a more efficient treatment system for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with malnutrition.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80周岁；
2.初治、菌阳活动性肺结核患者；
3.合并有营养不良；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18-80 years old;
2.Newly treated patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis with positive bacteria;
3.Complicated with malnutrition;

排除标准：

1.具有结核病既往史，或严重肝肾功能损伤患者，或具有自身免疫性疾病或甲状腺病史的患者等；
2.患有恶性肿瘤的患者；
3.招募前半年内参与任何干预实验的研究参与者；
4.患有精神类疾病、无法理解和签署知情同意的研究参与者；
5.孕期、哺乳期或干预期间不愿意节育的研究参与者；
6.严重胃肠道疾病或不适合使用肠内营养干预的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with a past history of tuberculosis, or severe liver and kidney dysfunction, or patients with autoimmune diseases or thyroid diseases;
2.Patients with malignant tumor;
3.Recruit participants who participated in any intervention experiment in the first half of the year;
4.Research participants suffering from mental illness who cannot understand and sign informed consent;
5.Research participants who are unwilling to use birth control during pregnancy, lactation or intervention;
6.Patients with severe gastrointestinal diseases or who are not suitable for enteral nutrition intervention;
