研究目的：

本研究目的为评价舒芬太尼复合左旋布比卡因行骶管阻滞麻醉时对小儿单侧隐睾手术术中精索牵拉反应的影响  

Objectives of Study：

This study was designed to evaluate the effects of caudal levobupivacaine supplemented with sufentanil on the response of spermatic cord traction in children undergoing unilateral orchidopexy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

舒芬太尼0.5μg/kg，0.25%左旋布比卡因1ml/kg 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

sufentanil 0.5 μg/kg, 0.25% levobupivacaine 1ml/kg 

纳入标准：

62例择期行右侧隐睾手术的患儿，ASA Ⅰ级，年龄1-6岁，以随机双盲方式分为2组

Inclusion criteria

Sixty-two ASA status I pediatric patients, 1 to 6 yr old, who were scheduled for right orchidopexy, were enrolled in this randomized and double-blinded study.

排除标准：

已知对左旋布比卡因或舒芬太尼过敏者，有骶管内阻滞禁忌症者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients were excluded from the study if they had any known history of allergy to study medicine, or any contraindication to caudal anaesthesia.

盲法：

麻醉医生B负责给患儿实施全身麻醉诱导和维持，麻醉医生C进行骶管阻滞操作，所用骶管阻滞药物由麻醉医生A配制，麻醉医生B和C不知道所用骶管阻滞药物成分；术中患儿心率、收缩压监测由麻醉医生B实施；麻醉医生B和C不知道病人分组情况。

Blinding：

The administration of the general anesthesia,and the recored for the change of HR,SAP and entropy during operation were performed by anesthesiologist B. The drug used for caudal block was prepared by anesthesiologist A. Caudal blockade was performed by anesthesiologist C.Anesthesiologist B and C do not know which group the patients were assigned to.
