研究目的：

通过病例-对照研究分析伴有非自杀性自伤行为的青少年出现上述自伤行为的主要影响因素，将生物、心理、社会等多维度因素相互结合并构建能够预警其危险行为的模型，并根据对其进行的长程随访，利用该模型筛查患者可能今后出现自杀行为的风险，从而提前对高危患者进行适当的自杀危机干预以降低其自杀发生率及死亡率。  

Objectives of Study：

Through case-control study, this paper analyzes the main influencing factors of adolescents with non-suicidal self-injury behavior, combines biological, psychological, social and other multi-dimensional factors and constructs a model that can warn their dangerous behaviors. According to their long-term follow-up, this model is used to screen the risk of suicide in the future, so as to provide appropriate suicide crisis intervention for high-risk patients in advance to reduce their suicide incidence and mortality.

纳入标准：

实验组被试入组标准： ①入院时或就诊时由其主管医师或门诊医师对患者进行病史采集中发现其近3年内存在自伤行为者；②年龄需在12-18岁之间；③既往及入院一周以前未使用过任何抗抑郁药物、抗精神病性药物或抗焦虑药物治疗；④需排除患有严重躯体疾病以致不能参与研究者及躯体疾病所致精神障碍、脑病相关精神障碍、物质滥用及成瘾所致精神障碍、精神分裂症及刻板性运动障碍患者，包括精神发育迟滞、广泛性发育障碍、抽动障碍等；⑤需具备独立阅读理解能力并对调查愿意配合及参与。 对照组被试入组标准： ①通过自伤行为量表筛查既往从未出现过自伤以及自杀行为者；②年龄需在12-18岁之间（年龄结构比需与实验组相匹配）；③既往从未使用过任何抗抑郁药物、抗精神病性药物或抗焦虑药物治疗；④既往从未诊断过任何精神疾病及重大躯体疾病，且近三月内无酒精、精神活性物质滥用史；⑤需具备独立阅读理解能力并对调查愿意配合及参与。

Inclusion criteria

Criteria for participants in the experimental group: (1) When the patient is admitted to the hospital or treated, the medical history of the patient is collected by the competent doctor or outpatient doctor, and it is found that there is self-injury behavior in the past 3 years; 2 2 The age should be between 12 and 18 years old; 3 No antidepressants, antipsychotics or anxiolytics were used in the past and one week before admission; 4 It is necessary to exclude patients suffering from serious physical diseases, such as mental disorders caused by physical diseases, mental disorders related to encephalopathy, mental disorders caused by substance abuse and addiction, schizophrenia and rigid dyskinesia, including mental retardation, generalized developmental disorders, tic disorders, etc. ⑤ Must have independent reading comprehension ability and be willing to cooperate and participate in the investigation. Criteria for participants in the control group: 1 Self-injury and suicide behaviors were screened by self-injury behavior scale; 2 The age should be between 12 and 18 years old (the age structure ratio should match the experimental group); 3 Never used any antidepressants, antipsychotics or anxiolytics before; 4 Never diagnosed any mental illness or serious physical illness before, and have no history of alcohol and psychoactive substance abuse in the last three months; 5 Must have independent reading comprehension ability and be willing to cooperate and participate in the investigation.

排除标准：

①有脑器质性疾病、严重躯体疾病、颅脑外伤或者损伤史；②有神经发育障碍、精神分裂症谱系、神经认知障碍等其他神经与精神疾病；③有酒精或者物质滥用、吸毒病史；④不具备独立阅读及书写能力。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Have a history of brain organic diseases, serious physical diseases, craniocerebral trauma or injury; 2 Other neurological and mental diseases such as neurodevelopmental disorder, schizophrenia pedigree and neurocognitive disorder; 3 Have a history of alcohol or substance abuse and drug abuse; 4 Not able to read and write independently.
