研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨盐酸右美托咪定鼻喷雾剂在儿童先天性心脏病心导管检查前镇静的安全性和有效性，在为术前镇静实践提供更为精确的药物选择和治疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the safety and efficacy of dexmedetomidine nasal spray for sedation in children undergoing cardiac catheterization for congenital heart disease, providing more precise drug selection and treatment strategies for preoperative sedation practices.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄2～6岁； 2.因罹患先天性心脏病需要择期行心导管检查的患儿； 3.ASA分级II-III； 4.本人或其监护人自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Ages 2 to 6 years old;
2.Children with congenital heart disease who need to undergo scheduled cardiac catheterization.
3.ASA II-III;
4.The individual or their guardian voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.父母拒绝或不合作的患者； 2.对研究药物过敏； 3.任何可能干扰鼻给药的鼻部疾病； 4.智力迟钝； 5.阻塞性喉部病变。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients whose parents refuse or do not cooperate; 2.Research on drug allergies; 3.Any nasal disease that may interfere with nasal administration. 4.intellectual dullness; 5.Obstructive laryngeal lesions.
