探究运动锻炼能否改善甲基苯丙胺使用障碍患者的心理理论，运动锻炼影响甲基苯丙胺使用障碍患者心理理论的机制以及影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether exercise exercise can improve the theory of mind of patients with methamphetamine use disorders, the mechanisms by which exercise exercise affects the theory of mind of patients with methamphetamine use disorders, and the factors that influence it.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）男性；（2）20-50岁之间；（3）右利手；（4）文化程度在小学及以上；（5）当前处于隔离监禁状态并经历了3-12个月以内的强制隔离戒断；（6）根据DSM-IV成瘾综合诊断标准，为甲基苯丙胺依赖者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) male; (2) between the ages of 20-45; (3) right-handed; (4) with an education level of elementary school and above; (5) currently in solitary confinement and experiencing mandatory segregated abstinence for a period of less than 3-12 months; and (6) methamphetamine-dependent, according to the DSM-IV Comprehensive Diagnostic Criteria for Addiction.

排除标准：

（1）精神疾病史；（2）色盲色弱；（3）身体残疾或医疗问题而被阻止或禁止参加中、高强度有氧运动；（4）其他物质（如大麻、海洛因和可卡因等）共用成瘾；（4）近一周睡眠质量异常（匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表得分显示为睡眠质量“一般”或“很差”）；（5）精神状况显示抑郁（贝克抑郁量表得分显示“已有抑郁”或“重度抑郁”）；（6）近一周存在焦虑状况（贝克焦虑量表得分显示“中度焦虑”或“重度焦虑”）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of mental illness; (2) Color blindness or color deficiency; (3) Being discouraged or prohibited from participating in moderate-to-high-intensity aerobic exercise due to physical disabilities or medical conditions; (4) Sharing addictions to other substances (such as marijuana, heroin, cocaine, etc.); (5) Sleep quality abnormalities in the past week (indicated by a Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score showing 'poor' or 'very poor' sleep quality); (6) Presence of anxiety in the past week (indicated by a Beck Anxiety Inventory score showing 'moderate' or 'severe' anxiety); (Note: The original fourth point was repeated, so I've corrected it to reflect a different relevant condition.)

采用组内交叉试验设计，所有参与实验的被试都需要进行有氧运动任务和对照控制任务。在对照组中，被试在安静房间中静坐 30min，完成指定材料的阅读任务后完成认知任务。一周洗脱期后进行有氧运动。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

被试背景数据通过纸质记录表进行采集，行为数据由E-prime软件进行采集；近红外数据由NIRS设备采集；被试原始数据由统计师整理录入硬盘，研究主办者及课题负责人持专用硬盘进行储存管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Background data of participants was collected using paper-based record forms. Behavioral data was collected using E-Prime software, and near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) data was recorded using NIRS equipment. The raw data of participants was organized and entered into a hard drive by a statistician. A dedicated hard drive was managed and stored by the principal investigator and project leader for data preservation and management.
