研究目的：

1.在深圳市营养与健康学校通过动态随访建立学生个体健康档案，掌握学生常见病（肥胖及相关代谢性疾病、近视、龋齿、脊柱侧弯、心理健康等）的流行特征和变化趋势； 2.基于身体脂肪及其分布研究儿童精准肥胖评价指标体系，解析不同身体成分组分对儿童肥胖相关健康风险的差异化效应； 3.探索学龄儿童常见病的行为、环境和遗传因素，梳理多病的共同危险因素（多病共因），构建儿童常见病精准预测预警模型，为制定儿童常见病多病共防策略和措施提供科学依据； 4.评估相关卫生政策及项目的实施效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish individual health records of students in Shenzhen Nutrition and Health School through dynamic follow-up to grasp the epidemic characteristics and changing trends of students' common diseases (obesity and related metabolic diseases, myopia, dental caries, scoliosis, mental health, etc.); 2. Based on body fat and its distribution, the precision obesity evaluation index system for children was studied, and the differentiated effects of different body components on obesity-related health risks in children were analyzed; 3. Explore the behavioral, environmental and genetic factors of common diseases in school-age children, sort out the common risk factors (common causes of multiple diseases), build an accurate prediction and early warning model of common diseases in children, and provide scientific basis for the formulation of common prevention strategies and measures of children's common diseases; 4. Evaluate the effectiveness of relevant health policies and programs.

纳入标准：

（1）研究对象的选择 由于研究规模和资源限制，本研究将采用分层整群抽样的方法，选择部分营养健康建设学校建设队列，进行专项调查。 首先将深圳市１０个行政区划按照关内和关外分层，在每层中随机抽取１个行政区划，在选择的２个行政区划内，随机抽取1所营养与健康学校，为减少失访保证随访率，针对选中学校的一～九年级进行整群专项调查，预计研究样本量４千人。 （2）确定研究学校 位于深圳市辖区的营养与健康建设学校； 学校规模适中； 学校行政意愿支持：经过实地考察和沟通，确保学校行政人员和教师愿意参与研究，并能提供必要的组织支持。 （3）研究对象 在研究学校就读的一～九年级在校学生； 学生及其监护人自愿参加生物标本采集； 近两年无转学或升学计划。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Selection of Subjects Due to limitations in research scale and resources, this study will employ a stratified cluster sampling method. A cohort of schools involved in nutrition and health initiatives will be selected for a specialized survey. Firstly, the 10 administrative districts of Shenzhen will be stratified into "inside the pass" and "outside the pass." One administrative district will be randomly selected from each stratum. Within the selected two districts, one school focusing on nutrition and health will be randomly chosen. To reduce dropout rates and ensure follow-up rates, a cluster survey will be conducted in grades 1 to 9 of the selected schools. The expected sample size for the study is 4,000 individuals. (2) Determine the research school Nutrition and health construction schools located in the district of Shenzhen; The school is moderate in size; School administrative willingness support: Through site visits and communication, ensure that school administrators and teachers are willing to participate in the research and can provide necessary organizational support. (3) Research objects Students in grades 1 to 9 attending the research school; Students and their guardians voluntarily participate in the collection of biological specimens; No plans to transfer or further study in the past two years.

Exclusion criteria：

Have a serious illness or disability that prevents them from participating in the survey. Absenteeism, sick leave or suspension from school precluded participation in the survey.
