研究目的：

1. 评估经皮经肝胆道镜碎石取石术（PTCSL）与传统开腹手术，在治疗胆肠吻合术后复发肝胆管结石中的安全性； 2. 对比两种手术方法的近期疗效； 3. 综合评价两种手术方法的远期疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the safety of percutaneous transhepatic cholestroscopic lithotripsy (PTCSL) versus traditional open surgery in the treatment of recurrent hepatolithiasis after bilioenterostomy; 2. The short-term efficacy of the two surgical methods was compared; 3. The long-term curative effects of the two surgical methods were comprehensively evaluated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、术前经CT、MRCP、胆道造影等检查确诊为胆肠吻合术后合并肝胆管结石；2、年龄为18-90岁；3、一般情况良好，无重要脏器器质性损害和功能障碍，能耐受全身麻醉和开腹手术者；4、术前肝功能Child-Pugh A级或B级；5、凝血功能正常；6、既往至少有一次胆肠吻合术史；7、患者及家属知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Preoperative CT, MRCP, cholangiography and other examinations confirmed the diagnosis of postoperative choledoenterostomy complicated with hepatolithiasis; 2, age 18-90 years old; 3, the general condition is good, no organic damage and dysfunction of important organs, can tolerate general anesthesia and open surgery; 4, preoperative liver function Child-Pugh grade A or B; 5, normal coagulation function; 6. At least one previous history of bilioenterostomy; 7. Informed consent of patients and their families.

排除标准：

1、患者有重要脏器器质性损害和功能障碍， 不能耐受全身麻醉和开腹手术者；2、术前肝功能 Child-Pugh C 级；3、凝血功能异常；4、既往没有胆肠吻合术史的患者；5、急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎需要急诊手术患者；6、伴有肝脏萎缩或者肝内胆管癌变患者；7、患者及家属不同意。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has organic damage and dysfunction of important organs, can not tolerate general anesthesia and open surgery; 2. preoperative liver function Child-Pugh grade C; 3. Abnormal coagulation function; 4. Patients with no previous history of bilioenterostomy; 5. Patients with acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis requiring emergency surgery; 6. Patients with liver atrophy or intrahepatic bile duct cancer; 7. The patient and his family do not agree.
