研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨音乐治疗在儿童胸腔镜手术围手术期的应用效果，特别是评估患者自选音乐与音乐治疗师原创制作的商调音乐（结合五音疗法）对患儿术后苏醒质量的影响，包括术后谵妄、疼痛、生命体征、肺不张等。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the application effects of music therapy in the perioperative period of pediatric thoracoscopic surgery, particularly to assess the impact of patients' self-selected music versus commercially produced music (integrated with the Five-Tone Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine) originally created by music therapists on the quality of postoperative recovery in pediatric patients, including postoperative delirium, pain, vital signs, atelectasis, and other factors.

纳入标准：

选择2025年2月至2025年5月期间在我院接受胸腔镜手术的160例患儿，年龄范围为3月-6岁，ASA分级I-III级，无听力障碍及精神病史。

Inclusion criteria

We selected 160 pediatric patients aged 3 months to 6 years old, with ASA I-III, and without hearing impairments or histories of mental illness, who underwent thoracoscopic surgery in our hospital between February 2025 and May 2025.

排除标准：

存在神经系统疾病、听力障碍、精神病史或正在接受其他心理治疗的患儿将被排除在外。

Exclusion criteria：

Pediatric patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, neurological diseases, hearing impairments, histories of mental illness, or who are currently undergoing other psychotherapy will be excluded.

盲法：

操作播放器的医师及参与评估的医师和护士均对患儿所处的分组不知情。尚未苏醒的患儿对所播放的音乐不会有记忆。

Blinding：

The physicians operating the player, as well as the physicians and nurses involved in the evaluation, were all blinded to the group assignments of the pediatric patients. The pediatric patients who were still unconscious would have no memory of the music that was played.
